Most consumer nutrition-education tools don't effectively communicate the nutritional composition of foods, such as the protein content in baked goods. This is because protein sources are often labeled as ingredients consumers don't associate with protein; such is the case with grains. However, many options in both the grains and dairy groups are sources of protein.
