RESTON, Va.--Nutripeak.com Inc. and Sports Nutrition Depot Inc. have entered adefinitive agreement to merge, with Sports Nutrition Depot stores re-branded under theNutripeak banner. The corporate headquarters will be located in Culver City, Calif.
