Informa Exhibitions, the world's largest publicly traded organizer of events and training, introduced its Healthy Retail Conference & Expo. Informa also owns and operates SupplySide West, Natural Products Insider, Food Product Design and more than 150 other trade shows.
The Healthy Retail Conference & Expo will debut in Scottsdale, Arizona, at the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess Resort, October 28 to 30, 2015, with a focus on the "Healthy Retail Revolution."
“The Healthy Retail Revolution is being driven by consumers across the entire spectrum, from millennials to boomers," said Jon Benninger, vice president of Informa's Health & Nutrition Network. "As consumers demand healthier products, retailers must meet these expectations with the products they put on their shelves, the ingredients used in these products and the experience that they provide to their shoppers."
The Healthy Retail Revolution is impacting all retail channels: convenience, grocery, club, mass, gourmet, drug, online and natural. The event will bring together hundreds of key decision makers from across all of these retail channels to discuss, debate and define the Healthy Retail Revolution, and also to meet with the companies providing the healthy products that their shoppers want. Products to be displayed include healthy foods and beverages, dietary supplements, cosmetics and personal care products and more.
"Health is not a trend, a brand extension, or a marketing strategy. It is the reality that retailers and consumer products companies must operate within today and in the future," Benninger said.
The event will feature an exhibit hall with consumer product companies showcasing their healthy products, an interactive content program featuring the top thinkers, innovators and disruptors in the market, and ample networking and business development activities.
The Healthy Retail Conference & Expo will provide retailers across all channels with insights on:

The Healthy Retail Conference & Expo begins Wednesday, October 28, with a cocktail reception from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Thursday, October 29 encompasses meet-up groups, the opening of the Conference & Expo, keynote speakers, panels and presentations.
Friday, October 30 continues with additional meet-up groups, another keynote speaker, and expo hall through noon.
