CANNES, FranceVitiva was granted USDA NOP certification for its organic rosemary ingredients line, which includes INOLENS ®and AquaROX®. This is in addition to European organic certification and highest quality standards like BRC and IFS. Vitiva implemented all USDA-NOP regulations and was certified by Austria Bio Garantie(USDA NOP certifying body) on July 2, 2009.
By providing USDA NOP organic rosemary extract formulations, Vitiva is primarily targeting American organic foods manufacturers who are looking for natural solutions for extending shelf life and protecting specialty organic products, said Ohad Cohen, CEO of Vitiva. There is also a growing demand for organic ingredients in Europe, Japan and Central American countries.
