D.D. Williamsons Facilities Earn GFSI Certification

LOUISVILLE, Ky.All six of D.D. Williamsons caramel color production facilities achieved A" ratings from the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), considered to be the gold standard" for international food safety. DDWs certified subsidiaries are located in Louisville, Ky.; Manchester, United Kingdom; County Cork, Ireland; Manaus, Brazil; Matsapha, Swaziland; and Shanghai.
