Bastyrs Naturopathic Residency ProgramReceives Certification

KENMORE, Wash.--The Bastyr Center for NaturalMedicine announced that its Naturopathic Medicine Residency Program wascertified by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Educations Committee onPostdoctoral Medical Education. The Center is part of Bastyr University andstarted its residency program in 1981. There are currently six first-yearresidents and two second-year residents.

We are very pleased that the high standards of ourresidency program have been recognized with this certification, said JaneGuiltnan, N.D., dean of clinical affairs at the Center (www.bastyrcenter.org/center).This is a very competitive program that attracts graduates from otherinstitutions as well as from Bastyr.
