IFT Releases Election Results

CHICAGO--The Institute of Food Technology (IFT) announced the results of its annualelection. This year's president-elect is Philip Nelson; the membership representatives tothe IFT Executive Committee are Michael Doyle and Sheri Schellhaass. The committee term isthree years, and lasts from Sept. 1, 2000 to Aug. 31, 2003.

Previously, the IFT Council elected Wayne Bidlack and Dicki Lulay as CouncilorRepresentatives to the Executive Committee. They will also serve three years in thosepositions.
