Hawaiian Natural Water Co. Buys Aloha Water
HONOLULU--Hawaiian Natural Water Company purchased Aloha Water Company. Thepurchase was finalized after a merger brought Aloha in under Hawaiian'scorporate umbrella.
The company was purchased for 750,000 shares of Hawaiian common stock (HNWC)and a promissory note from HNWC for $500,000. HNWC products include Ali'I, soldin Hawaii, and East Meets West Xen, a line of premium nutraceutical beveragessold nationwide.
