ADM Showcases Private Label Capabilities

CHICAGOArcher Daniels MidlandCo. (ADM) highlighted its food ingredient offerings for the private labelindustry at the Private Label Manufacturers Associations Store BrandsCelebration in November here.

The companys products for the private label industryinclude a full line of meat alternatives, organic whole bean powder for nondairyapplications, flour blends and mixes, edible beans, chocolate and chocolatechips, packaged oils, rice and a variety of frozen entrees, and are accompaniedby a fully integrated North American distribution and shipping network.

In other company news, ADM (www.admworld.com) acquired themayonnaise, sauces and salad products business of Sunlight Foods to form ADMSunlight Foods. The acquisition represents ADMs first foray into that varietyof business.
