Monsanto, Solae Explore Omega-3 Rich Soy

ST. LOUIS—Monsanto and The Solae Co. announced an agreement to jointly develop and market omega-3 essential fatty acid (EFA) products; both companies had been independently working on researching soybeans containing high levels of omega-3s.
