Rhodia Food PARISRhodia Food introduced FloraFIT MK, a new range of cultures for fermented milks including kefir, sour cream, buttermilk and fermented milk. The range combines the health benefits of Rhodias NCFM Lactobacillus acidophilus probiotic strain with those of freezedried kefir, including maintenance of gut and immune health, and cholesterol assimilation, according to the company.
