Clean label has become an expectation around the globe, with consumers demanding that suppliers and brands are increasingly transparent and willing to build trust. At Food ingredients (Fi) Europe, it was apparent that trends including the mainstreaming of plant-based eating, performance nutrition and digestive health are impacting business globally. INSIDER’s senior food and beverage editor, Judie Bizzozero, joins vice president of content Heather Granato in Paris to discuss the latest trends at Fi Europe, including:
