Just the Berries Launches Blackcurrant Polyphenol Extract

LAS VEGASJust the Berries will present its latest product, Blackcurrant Polyphenol Extract (BPE), at the 2013 SupplySide West Global Expo & Conference, Nov. 12-16 in Las Vegas.

Using a proprietary non-solvent, freeze-dried extraction process, the extract is derived from organically grown New Zealand blackcurrants. The blackcurrants are pure with no added excipients. They contain more than 75% polyphenols, including 45% anthocyanin, and have an ORACFN value that surpasses 4,200,000.

Blackcurrant anthocyanins and high-health flavanoids (Myricetin, Quercetin and Kaempferol) found in BPE support the treatment and prevention of many diseases It is also water soluble, has a guaranteed shelf life active for more than three years, and its full batch is traceable to the grower.
