A wrongful death lawsuit filed against USPlabs LLC, GNC Corp., affiliated entities, and USPlabs’ executives Jonathan Vincent Doyle and Jacob Geissler was “dismissed with prejudice” last week after a federal judge upheld a ruling that struck the testimony of three of plaintiffs’ experts. The experts wanted to show the dangers of the ingredient DMAA (dimethylamylamine) in UPSlabs’ Jack3d preworkout supplement, and that it was likely a contributing factor in the soldier’s death.
