MILWAUKIE, Ore.--Bobs Red Mill Natural Foods (www.bobsredmill.com) opened a new Whole Grain Store and Visitors Center inOctober in celebration of its 25th anniversary. The new Visitors Centerwill feature a breakfast and lunch caf, a bookstore, a from-scratch bakery anda classroom with complete kitchen for cooking classes, in addition to more than400 all natural, whole-grain products. The store also offers organic andgluten-free products, all of which consistently have 20 parts per million (ppm)of gluten compared to the gluten limit of 500 ppm the Codex Alimentariusstandard specifies.
