Listen in to hear a discussion about the contents of NBJ’s Personalized Nutrition Report and the future of personalized nutrition.
Personalized nutrition, from supplement subscriptions based on online quizzes to DNA testing for building customized nutrition programs, stormed into the nutrition industry in recent years, eliciting predictions of complete disruption. Such an overhaul has not happened, and the predictions have quieted. Still, personalized nutrition grows and indeed influences the industry. This is not the end of a fad. Instead, it is the maturation of a legitimate change-maker among a vastly growing dietary supplement industry, marked by notable acquisitions.
Join Nutrition Business Journal’s Industry Analyst Erika Rommel and Content & Insights Director Bill Giebler, as they discuss the contents of NBJ’s Personalized Nutrition Report, including insights from consumer research—of both personalized users and non-users. Beyond the numbers, we'll be discussing where we see it—and the other moving pieces of the industry—going in the coming years.
