NatureWell Announces New CEO, Repositioning of Management

LA JOLLA, Calif.--James Arabia was recently appointed as a director of NatureWell Inc., as well as the company's chief executive officer (CEO) and president. Previously, Arabia was CEO and president of ICH Corp. The new appointment will bring several changes to the company structure. Tim Connor, who had been serving as interim CEO, will become chairman of the board of directors. Don Brucker will become senior vice president of research and development. In addition, the board of directors was reduced in size from six to five. The company tapped Timothy Scott and David Gotz to fill empty positions on the board.
