Chr. Hansen Probiotic Drops, Natural Colors At SSW

HORSHOLM, DenmarkChr. Hansen will present new probiotic drops for infants and children and its FruitMax® natural colors line at SupplySide West in Las Vegas, Nov. 14-15.

 We will be presenting our new productprobiotic drops for infants and young childrenfor the first time in the U.S.," said Lasse Nagell, VP, sales & marketing, Health & Nutrition Division. The product contains Chr. Hansen's probiotic strain BB-12® and sunflower oil to provide a convenient, safe solution for children.

Chr. Hansen will also present its latest color innovations, including the FruitMax products and its Spirulina natural food ingredient. The FruitMax products are raw materials from fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, suitable for clean-label applications.

Spirulina provides a bright blue shade in application. It can also provide vivid blue and green shades in various types of candy and chewing gum with no off-taste. Spirulina has good stability to light and oxidation.

Other products featured will include Chr. Hansens range of probiotic stick packs, chewable tablets and combination products.
