A.M. Todd Buys Remaining East Earth Herb Stock

MONTGOMERYVILLE, Pa.--A.M. Todd, a botanical extracts manufacturer andsupplier, has bought the remaining outstanding stock of East Earth Herb from theminority shareholders and previous owners. A.M. Todd was formed when Folexcoacquired East Earth in April 1999.

"With this transaction, the previous owners--president Peggy Brevoort,chief botanical officer Bill Brevoort and chief operations officer CharlesBigelow, will begin a transition to consulting activities for the A.M. ToddGroup," said David Wilson, chief operating officer.
