Neuroimaging methods are increasingly being used to study the effects of nutritional interventions—there are a number of methods which assess changes in brain structure and function following intervention. Dr David White, Research Fellow at the Centre for Human Psychopharmacology at Swinburne University in Australia, joins Jade Mitchell-Ross to provide an understanding of some of the methods used and what researchers are looking for.
