Results of the inaugural Mind of the Consumer research study were presented at Ingredient Marketplace 2016. Steve French, managing partner, Natural Marketing Institute, detailed topline insights into what consumers are seeking in digestive health products.
Among the findings, French noted a disconnect in the main issues faced by consumers, and those that are the focus of new product development.
