Cyvex Rebrands Cognitive Health Ingredient

IRVINE, Calif.Cyvex Nutrition recently changed the name of its cognitive health ingredient COGNISETIN to NOVUSETIN. The company wanted to avoid confusion with other ingredients in the market by rebranding of NOVUSETIN.

"Although it has a new name, NOVUSETIN is still the same great anti-aging product for cognitive support our customers have come to expect," said Constance Ostler, director of sales and marketing at Cyvex Nutrition. "NOVUSETIN is backed by extensive cellular and animal research conducted at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies."

NOVUSETIN is a fisetin-based ingredient supporting memory health and halts the effects of age-related cognitive decline. According to Cyvex, the product stimulates the signaling pathways that enhance long-term memory and can permeate through the blood-brain barrier effectively for neuroprotection.

Earlier this month, Cyvex Nutrition participated as an exhibitor and sponsor for the Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar, a one-day event in Arlington Heights, Ill., dedicated to the protein-enhanced foods, beverages and dietary supplement industry.
