Alkame Holdings Inc. is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2017, it has entered into a series of agreements under which it has acquired through an operating lease, the operating assets of Bell Foods International Inc. and simultaneously entered into a property lease for the manufacturing facilities of Bell.
