CHICAGO—The Shelton Group, a full-service communications firm, has added a new marketing executive and expanded its marketing services. Todd Pauli has signed on as partner, marketing services, and the firm has added marketing strategy, branding, digital design & development and video production to its long list of communications services.

Pauli has led marketing communications for well-known, large natural products companies, including supplement and health food manufacturer NOW Foods. During his 15 years in the natural products industry, Pauli worked in new digital marketing spaces, improving the customer experience and leveraging analytics to measure results.
