Women’s health: Beyond the uterus – SupplySide Education Series webinar

There’s no mistaking it — the market for women’s health supplements is white-hot. Brands and suppliers alike are entering the space, offering innovative ingredients and products for women. As an industry, however, we still have some work to do.

Generally, women’s wellness products have centered around solutions for women’s reproductive health. Prenatal and postnatal products — as well as those geared toward premenopause, perimenopause and postmenopause — have done most of the heavy lifting for the women’s health category. In this webinar, however, we’re going beyond the uterus to talk about the broader opportunities in women’s health. What women-specific products could be developed for brain, heart, bone, joint or other important health areas?

We’ll also discuss recent clinical studies and highlight health essentials specific to women. And perhaps more importantly, we’ll talk through the enormous need for more studies aligned to the population, particularly those representing women from various racial and ethnic backgrounds.
