The GENESIS Irradiator,designed by GRAY*STAR Inc. of Mount Arlington, N.J., kills food-borne illnessessuch as E. coli in food and perishable products. It is flexible and canaccommodate a variety of product mixes, shapes, packaging and fresh and frozenfoods.
