Siemer Specialty Ingredients launched a new website that will help food manufacturers find the right ingredient for their product development needs.
Siemer Specialty Ingredients is a division of Siemer Milling Company that offers naturally heat treated wheat flour, germ and bran, enabling food manufacturers to replace chemically modified ingredients to support clean label claims. The proprietary process also ensures food safety, especially for products that may be consumed before cooking or baking, such as raw cookie dough.
“Our new site makes it easy for food manufacturers to find what they need, either by application or by the functionality they are trying to achieve.
