SALT LAKE CITY—RFI Ingredients joined The United Natural Products Alliance (UNPA) as executive member. RFI is a supplement formulation company offering extracts, concentrations, natural coloring and its more recent FermaPro® line of fermented ingredients, including cereal grasses, vegetables, fruits, spices and seeds.
“We are very pleased to align ourselves with UNPA," said Jeff Wuagneux, RFI’s CEO. “The association’s work as an advocate for our industry is very important, and we plan on taking a leadership role in continuing to promote excellence in our industry, with safe and effective products and services."
Loren Israelsen, UNPA president, said, “With the increasing importance of supply chain transparency, RFI, with its global partners and facilities, is a model for industry, and we look forward to its contributions to UNPA. said RFI’s executive-level membership also marks a milestone for UNPA as RFI becomes our first ingredient supplier in Colorado and will be a key player in our new state chapter development efforts."
Last year, RFI Ingredients partnered with Natural Aloe Costa Rica, Gee Lawson and Ilhwa.
