Bell Flavors and Fragrances announced the promotion of Michael Natale at its Guadalajara, Mexico facility, underlining the company’s commitment to grow its domestic and global business.
Michael Natale has been promoted to managing director of Bell Mexico and vice president Latin America. This new role will oversee Bell´s operations in all countries in South America, Central America, Caribbean, and continued management of Bell Mexico. “Bell´s strategy on investing and partnering with our key customers in these markets in Latin America has been timely and will pay great dividends as these markets continue to grow. I´m very excited for this opportunity and working with our Latin America team and customers," says Natale. Natale has been working at Bell for 14 years with the last 5 years leading Bell Mexico.
