NSF Certifies Perrigo's Facilities, Retail Products

ANN ARBOR, Mich.--NSF International awarded its Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) registration to Perrigo's Greenville, S.C., dietary supplement manufacturing facilities. Perrigo received the award through NSF's Dietary Supplements Certification Program after a GMP plant audit conducted by the National Nutritional Foods Association.

NSF also announced that Perrigo's Good Sense® brand dietary supplements are the first national retail brand to receive NSF certification. Certified products will be listed on the NSF Web site and in NSF certified-product listing books. Perrigo is one of the leading manufacturers of store brand, over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.
