US: Cosucra Introduces a Citizen Petition for Inulin

Cosucra Groupe Warcoing has submitted a joint Citizen Petition to the FDA requesting the addition of chicory inulin to be added to the list of dietary fibre accepted in the U.S., following FDA's publication of two labeling regulations defining dietary fibre.
