Maypro Announces Launch of new eye Health Ingredient, Bilberon

Bilberon has been the subject of five original published studies –including two human clinical trials which have shown that Bilberon helps to alleviate eye fatigue, improve eye dryness, and maintain a clear focused vision.*

Bilberon is a 100% authentic, high-quality, clinically tested bilberry extract produced by Maypro’s partner, Tokiwa Phytochemical Company. Bilberon is made exclusively from Northern European bilberry fruit. Tokiwa has developed a technology that enables differentiation between bilberry — the only member of the blueberry family that has undergone considerable study in the field of eye health — and other species of blueberry.* The authenticated berries are then frozen and shipped to Japan, where they are crushed, concentrated, purified, and dried to make the naturally deep-purple powder that contains a minimum of 36 percent of antioxidant anthocyanins, which may help protect the delicate structures of the eye.*
