NEWARK, N.J.JarchemIndustries Inc. (www.jarchem.com) introduced Lipex Sheasoft, a solid sheabutter, to its line of highly stable, water-dispersible solid and liquid sheabutters. It was developed specifically for formulations with high oil phasecontents, such as body butters and delicate cosmetic formulations. The sheabutter has a melting point of 51 degrees centigrade, yet maintains a smooth feelwhen applied to the skin, according to the company.
