Enzymotec Establishes Cognitive Platform Solutions Unit

Enzymotec, a developer, manufacturer and supplier of lipid-based ingredients, including those targeted for improving brain health, has established a new "Cognitive Platforms Solutions" unit. The new unit will address solutions for healthy aging, as well as exploring innovative applications for infants and children.  Enzymotec has a broad expertise in developing lipid technologies for infant formula and has established a wide variety of cognitive solutions for adult's needs.

Enzymotec offers solutions to adapt nutritional ingredients to a wide range of applications, emphasizing on optimal taste and texture. In addition to the standard soybean-based ingredient, Enzymotec proposes other phosphatidylserine (PS) sources including sunflower for soy-free vegetarian applications and marine-based PS for omega 3-enriched formulations.
