MOMENCE, Ill.--FutureCeuticals, a division of VanDrunen Farms, announced results of a study on its new supplement, FruiteX-B, a patented natural food form of boron called calcium-fructo-borate. The recently completed clinical study with osteoarthritis patients showed that FruiteX-B acted beneficially in reducing symptoms of the disease by as much as 70 percent, according to FutureCeuticals ( The company also claimed that FruiteX-B outperformed glucosamine and chrondrotin sulfate in similar studies.
