DECATUR, Ill.--The Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM) announced the startup ofa multi-million dollar facility at its Clinton, Iowa plant that will producedietary fiber. The fiber will be produced as a product called Fibersol 2, acorn-based 100 percent soluble dietary fiber, developed by Matsutani ChemicalCo. of Japan.
