ADM Introduces NutriSoy to Kids, Launches Expose Yourself Campaign

DECATUR, Ill.Kids like thetaste of beverages fortified with NutriSoy Organic Whole Bean Powder, reportedArcher Daniels Midland (ADM) Co. The company formulated chocolate milk with itssoy ingredient and conducted a taste test among children ages 7 to 12 at the IFTFood Expo.

The chocolate milk was good, said Auston Cunningham, age10. Julia Byrnes, also age 10, added, I really liked it andwill ask my mom to buy it.

NutriSoy is an all-natural, organic powder made from wholesoybeans that can be used in dairy-like foods and beverages, including soymilk,soy beverages, ice cream, yogurt, cream cheese and sour cream. The ingredient isspecially processed to maintain soys natural fiber, protein andphytochemicals.
