Flavor Heritage Society Formed

FORT LEE, N.J.The formationof the Flavor Heritage Society was announced during the IFT Expo in Las Vegas;the group is dedicated to the collection, preservation and display of historicalartifacts related to the growth of the flavor industry.

Officers for the new group include John Cassens, executivedirector; Charles Manley, Ph.D., president; Richard Pisano, Jr., vicepresident; and Edward Brown, secretary/treasurer.
