MIGDAL HAEMEG, Israel—Enzymotec expanded its capacity and released a new grade of krill oil. According to the company, it has developed a modified process to develop the krill oil with modified phospholipids and omega-3 content, which will allow it to be sold at a lower price, making it suitable for other market segments. Enzymotec will offer this product in addition to its commercial high-grade krill oil.
