The ingredient also absorbs water in the intestines and has higher functionality than vegetable fiber. Bonimax is an appetite suppressant derived from the Japanese bonito fish. The ingredient is histidine-rich and contains other amino acids such as taurine. Bonimax stimulates the brain's hypothalamus, which causes the sensation of fullness.
