Roche Donates Vitamin Eto SELECT Trial

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--Roche Vitamins (www.roche.com/vitamins) will provide vitamin E for the Selenium and Vitamin E Cancer Prevention Trial (SELECT), a 12-year study launched by the National Cancer Institute (NCI). The study will investigate the effectiveness of vitamin E, selenium and a combination of both in preventing prostate cancer.More than 32,000 men in 400 clinical centers across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada will participate in the study.
