Top Clean Packaging has become the exclusive partner of the Eskiss Packaging Company to manufacture the single-dose vial Unicadose. The new sustainable vial’s carbon footprint of manufacturing and transportation is 2.6 times lower than a glass vial, according to Top Clean Packaging chairman, François Berry. The vial is made of fully recyclable raw material.
“The feedback is very positive because the product meets major market requirements to ensure consumers satisfaction and safety in single doses vials: allow easy opening without emitting harmful particles and allow easy and instant content identification," Berry said. “Unicadose is admirably suited to customization, because of its very flexible process offers a wide range of marketing possibilities, with sleeves or color prints, in order to avoid any confusion."
The product is already established in the European pharmaceutical market. Top Clean Packaging Group is active in the market and has worldwide projects in Europe, Canada and Korea.
