PRINCETON, N.J. DVA International, Hamburg, Germany, opened a U.S. subsidiary, DVA America Corp., based in Princeton, N.J., to distribute a range of ingredients including vitamin C, sweeteners and nutraceuticals to the North American food, beverage and nutrition industries. The new organization includes personnel in sales, marketing, quality and distribution management with expertise in the health and nutrition industries.

Christian Torske, president of DVA International, said, Despite the prior period of recession, the growth and stability of the health and nutrition industry will support DVAs further expansion activities in this region of high market innovation.
