TOWACO, N.J.--Werum Software & Systems America Inc. (www.werum.com) launched new versions of its PAS-X PHARMA and PAS-X BIOTECH product lines. The software systems help pharmaceutical companies run their manufacturing operations. The new versions for both programs provide new dialogs and interfaces that promote the use of work centers. The updated versions also allow clients to use mobile devices--such as PDAs or pocket PCs--with the program. New technologies make it easier for user access such as one-time authentication, card readers and biometric devices, such as fingerprints.
