MISSOULA, Mont.TSI Health Sciences launched PromilinPro®, a patented and highly concentrated Fenugreek extract standardized 60 percent 4-Hydroxyisoleucine (4-HI). According to Larry Kolb, TSI U.S. operations president, PromilinPro allows customers enhanced flexibility to incorporate the highest level of 4-HI into formulations to achieve a daily efficacious dose. Like Promilin (with 20 percent 4-HI), PromilinPro is a matrix of amino acids that work in synergy with 4-HI.

Studies show the Promilin line of ingredients significantly increase the rate of post-exercise muscle glycogen resynthesis by 63 percent when compared to placebo in trained male cyclists.
