Main Street Ingredients Receives Superior AIB Rating LA CROSSE, Wis.Main Street Ingredients received a superior rating from the American Institute of Bakings (AIB) International Food Safety auditors. This is the sixth consecutive year Main Street has received AIBs highest rating; during an audit, AIB reviews plant conditions, food safety management, operational methods and cleaning practices. This again demonstrates the commitment of our staff to do things right, said Rudy Rott, vice president of Main Street (www.mainstreetingredients.com). It also emphasizes our commitment to our customers ... to provide high-quality products and services, and value second to none. Rott also stated this years audit was the first to encompass its new state-of-the-art agglomerator system. The new system is performing excellently and it is providing us with the ability to produce agglomerated product as good as Ive ever seen.
