Lactobacillus Rosell-215 is the fourth key probiotic strain in Lallemand’s portfolio to be available in microencapsulated form. Other strains include Lactobacillus Rosell-52, Lactobacillus Rosell-11 and Bifidobacterium Rosell-175.
