Prolibra is suitable for formulation in supplements, powder mix and ready-to-drink beverages, bars and snacks. Thermax 690 is not bitter like most hydrolysates; and, at less than 1 percent lactose, does not add to the net carb count of the finished beverage, making it ideal for low-carb formulations, the company said.
