DSM Nutritional Products, Parsippany, N.J., has launched an odorless and tasteless omega-3 fish oil powder to be used infant formula.
The powder, ROPUFA ‘10’ n-3 INF Powder S/SD, containing a balance of DHA and EPA, disperses in water without settling and is readily broken down by gastric enzymes.
