In November 2020, Amazon rolled out its new requirements for supplement vendors, stepping up their oversight of nutritional ingredients, particularly regarding impurities. These new proactive measures are intended to prevent non-compliant and prohibited products from being listed.
The key requirements are:
- A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory for each dietary supplement. Alternatively, Amazon will accept some independent quality certification programs, such as NSF International Sport, BSCG, Informed Choice/Informed-Sport USP or a partnership with the Dietary Supplement Verification Program.
- A Letter of Guarantee from the product’s brand owner assuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (21 CFR Part 111).
- Assurances that the product only contains lawful and safe ingredients (as of section 402 (f) FD&C Act)
Creapure® creatine is the unsurpassed leader, so you can trust it will comply with retailer quality policies, including Amazon.
